360° Hardened Steel Protection

• Dual steel core: ultra-hardened steel bands and aircraft-grade steel cable, for resistance against multiple types of tools.
• Spacers keep the hardened steel elements evenly distributed around the cable, preserving both flexibility and protection.
• Floating metal elements slide in guide channels to allow for natural cable movement.

Cable Flexibility Fully Preserved

Despite its hardened steel construction, the ''EV Cable Shield'' sheath adds minimal weight (approximately 6 to 8 lb / 2.7 to 3.6 kg distributed over a cable length of 15 to 20 ft / 4.5 to 6 m) and preserves the ease of use as well as the normal bending radius of the cable.

DyeDefender™ Option

A pressurized deterrent tube that releases blue dye when cut — marking thieves and creating a powerful visual deterrent. Includes a yellow warning plate.

• Compatible with Level 2 and Level 3 cables (DC fast charging, HPC).
• Compatible with cable management systems.
• Does not interfere with electrical performance, heat dissipation, or connectors.
